Welcome to the website of Loose Amenities Association.

The area lies to the south of Maidstone, Kent. At its heart is the picturesque Loose village, pictured above, the home of the world-famous Loose Duck Race.

Loose village and its valleys are part of a wider conservation area and through fund raising events and the hard work of many volunteers the Association aims to preserve and care for this beautiful and unique environment.

Our Aims...to encourage high standards of architecture and town planning in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Loose...to stimulate public interest in and care for the scenic beauty, history and character of the area and its surroundings...to encourage the preservation, development and improvement of features of general public amenity or historic interest.
